Mindful Art for Wellness is a relaxed, guided creative wellness workshop that invites participants to slow down, explore art-making, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive community setting.
Led by artist and educator Ann Marie Smith, each session blends mindfulness, gentle movement, reflective prompts, and accessible art materials. No art experience is needed. The focus is not on creating a perfect finished piece, but on being present, curious, and open to what emerges through the creative process.
Each class offers a new monthly theme and concludes with optional sharing and community connection. Come solo or bring a friend. Ages 16+.
Offered in partnership with NAMI Glendale, this event is pay-what-you-want. Contributions support art materials and help keep community-based wellness experiences accessible to all.
